We are a very small company, so this is the same address for questions before launch and anything else. Expect a reply within a couple of business days. Aftermark is not for sale yet.
What to include
- Refunds — sales aren't open yet, so there is no order or receipt number to send. The 30-day trial is free with no card. Once sales open, subscriptions get a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid charge and on each yearly renewal. See the refund policy.
- Something is wrong — tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a number looks incorrect, the most useful thing you can send is what your broker shows for the same trade.
- Before launch — ask. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out later.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot tell you what to trade. We also cannot recover, reset or revoke your API keys — only the provider who issued them can do that.
Aftermark does not identify or adjust for wash sales or other tax-lot rules, so its profit and loss figures may differ from your broker's Form 1099-B and from what you report to the IRS. Use your broker's tax documents and a tax professional for tax reporting. Aftermark is not tax software and does not give tax advice.
